Reship or Return a Collar

Keeper Collars


Reason that you may need to purchase a Reship or Return of a Collar.

This option is for Keeper Collars® to return a collar to you. For example if you had sent us a collar for evaluation and were wanting the collar back, this is for the return shipping of that collar to you.

Shipping Errors and Carrier Returns:

If the customer enters an incorrect address and we need to reship an order that has been returned by the carrier as undeliverable, the customer will need to purchase a "Reship or Return a Collar". 

For orders being shipped to addresses outside of the United States, please contact us for reshipping cost.

Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders for the shipping notification if you don't see it in your inbox.

Keeper Collars® will not refund misplaced, lost or stolen packages.  You must contact the courier directly for any questions about delivery.  We have the same tracking information that you see in the tracking link.

Please note that any duty fees on international orders will be due upon delivery and are not included in our shipping cost.
