Measuring your dog for a correctly fitting collar

Below is Kit, the Belgian Malinois, being measured. Measure just under the jaw and behind the ears. The measurement should be snug, not tight. When we build the collar, we will add the necessary slack into the collar so don't worry about it being too small. As you can see, Kit measures 15 inches.

 Here's Maggie, the Border Terrier, being measured. She comes in at 12 inches.

Reasons that you may need to purchase return shipping

 1. Keeper Collars needs to return a collar to you

For example, you sent us a collar for evaluation and we need to send it back to you.

2. Shipping Errors and Carrier Returns

If the customer enters an incorrect address and we need to reship an order that has been returned by the carrier as undeliverable, the customer will need to purchase this.

For orders being shipped to addresses outside of the United States, please contact us for reshipping cost.

Keeper Collars will not refund misplaced, lost or stolen packages. You must contact the courier directly for any questions about delivery. We have the same tracking information that you see in the tracking link.

Please note that any duty fees on international orders will be due upon delivery and are not included in our shipping cost.

3. You are returning a collar

If you are returning a collar (must be done within 30 days of placing your order for a refund), please read our Policy at the bottom of the page and follow those directions.

Domestic (United States) Shipping

1 item: $9

Each additional item (up to 39) increases the shipping cost by $1

For orders with 40 or more items, please call before ordering

Upgrades do not add to the shipping cost

Canadian Shipping

1 item:                  $25

Each additional item (up to 5) increases the shipping cost by $5 per item

6 items and up shipping cost to be determined

International Shipping (Other than Canada)

If you are in a country that charges VAT taxes we can NOT ship to you. Please visit the Leerburg.com site as they sell our collars and they do ship to VAT countries.

International shipping: flat rate of $40
