Keeper Collars ships only via United States Postal Service (USPS), Once an order is picked up by USPS we no longer have control.

Keeper Collars will not refund misplaced, lost or stolen packages.  You must contact the courier directly for any questions about delivery.  We have the same tracking information that you see in the tracking link.
