Returning for a Refund:

If you order a Night Walker Lead or a non-custom collar and it needs to be returned to us for a refund, it must be in undamaged "LIKE NEW" condition and within 30 days from date of purchase.

For a Collar, You can do a replacement with a different collar of a same size and value from the Keeper's Favorites Collection or you can get a refund of the item price. Shipping is NOT refundable.

Any item returned for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.

Undamaged means that the collar or lead must be in "Like New" condition, not worn, used, dirty, chewed, slobbered on, water damaged or damaged in any other way.
